Since relocating to Las Vegas in 2006, she has been responsible for counseling high net worth clients ($4-5 million to billionaire estates, with an average estate worth $20-30 million) in estate, gift and generation skipping transfer tax, business succession and asset protection planning. She administered succession planning for closely-held business owners, partnerships and other business entities, drafting cross purchase agreements, redemption agreements and various other business succession planning documents and charitable planning. Briar received her J.D. from the Pennsylvania State University, Dickinson School of Law and her B.A. from Messiah College, magna cum laude. She is licensed in NV and PA.
